4th of July Parade

It is an annual tradition for our neighborhood to have a 4th of July Parade. Everyone decks out their gold carts and we parade around the main road. The boys love to ride in golf cart and really love the parade!

A few days before the parade, we washed the golf cart -- here is one of my helpers!

And, here is the other one..... Yes, I know -- not so much helping with golf cart. Ethan told me that he had to cut the grass instead.

Ethan is practicing his wave before the parade. We were also waiting on Papaw to get here -- he rode in the parade with us!

Papaw was lucky enough to get to ride in the back with BOTH boys! Here they are taking a water break before we got moving.

I am not sure how many carts there were but it was a lot!

Happy 4th to everyone. Thanks Papaw for braving the heat to parade with us! Later today we are having more family over for a cookout -- look for more pictures to come!
